THE EQUIPMENT
I am still a believer in film cameras. While I do own and often shoot with a digital camera, my camera of choice is the Mamiya 7. This lightweight 6x7 camera gives me lovely large images to work with. When scanned on my 4000 dpi scanner, it is the equivalent of a 90 megapixel digital camera. For infrared capture, I am using a Nikon D60 modified by Lifepixel Inc.
Most of my printing is done on an Epson 4800 printer. Epson inks are employed for the color prints and the three shades of black used by this printer do a fantastic job with black and white tonality. All inks and papers used are of archival quality.
